Port de Plaisance
A waterfront resort and marina community, which we designed, built and operated, set on its own private peninsula in Simpson Bay Lagoon. Our team's scope covered marina infrastructure, canal-front residential planning, and integration with the resort's hotel and casino facilities.
The Yacht Club at Isle de Sol
A full-service superyacht marina on Simpson Bay Lagoon, built to accommodate vessels up to megayacht scale alongside private residences, dining, and resort amenities. Our team led the marine engineering and site design for the club's berths, breakwater, and shoreside facilities.
Porto Fino
A marina on Simpson Bay Lagoon, originally built to serve smaller sportfishing boats on lifts. Our team later redesigned the facility and oversaw construction of six new megayacht slips, managing the project from design through contractor negotiations to on-schedule completion.
Porto Cupecoy
An upscale residential and marina community in the Cupecoy/Lowlands area of Dutch Sint Maarten, near the French St. Martin border. Our team completed multiple phases of design, construction, marketing, and management, with on-site utilities including backup power generation and 24-hour security.
